Stevia has a weird aftertaste I could never get used to, even though it's healthier. Aspartame-based sweeteners are still considered risky, especially while pregnant. STOP DRINKING FRUIT JUICES. I thought this was good for me too, when I was diagnosed. Juice spikes blood sugar like crazy. You can take cranberry supplements/ eat veggies high in antioxidants.
